JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST

General Provisions
1. This "Regulation on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") establishes the procedure for the collection, storage, transfer, and other types of processing of personal data, as well as information on the implemented requirements for the protection of personal data of individuals, data subjects (hereinafter referred to as Users) using the services, information, services, and products of the resource located on:
  - domain name https://kf.expert;
  - domain name https://nf.group;
  - domain name https://nfgroup.digital;
  - application https://www.rustore.ru/catalog/app/nf.group.conference2024;
  - messengers (including but not limited to MAX) available via links and forms on any resources owned by the Operators;
  - and any other websites, resources, and services registered to the Operators (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
2. The Regulation has been developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the Regulation is to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
3. JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST has the right to make any changes to the Regulation at any time at its sole discretion, including in cases where this is required to comply with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. In this case, the updated version of the Regulation will be posted on the Services.
4. Relations related to the processing of personal data of Users of the Services are regulated by this Regulation, other official documents of JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST, and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Users' personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with the fulfillment of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. A User of the Services who provides their personal data and information agrees with the provisions of this Regulation.
Procedure for Processing Users' Personal Data
1. JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST (INN 7710656907) is a legal entity established under the laws of the Russian Federation and registered at the address: 127006, Moscow, Vorotnikovsky lane, building 8, building 1, premises 1, office 1, RM 1/15 – Operator of personal data processing in accordance with the regulation, based on Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".
2. Personal data is any information relating to a specific or identifiable User (individual, data subject) based on such information.
3. Processing of personal data means actions (operations), including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data.
4. Processing of Users' personal data is carried out with the User's consent to the processing of their personal data.
5. The purpose of processing Users' personal data is feedback from JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST with Users, providing Users with the ability to use the Services, sending the User proposals of interest on the real estate market, as well as the possibility of conducting research, surveys, and other events to improve the interaction of JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST with Users.
6. Information about visitors to the Services (domain name, browser type and operating system, date and time of visit, etc.) is processed for the purposes of recording the collection and storage of personal data, as well as maintaining statistics of visits to the Services.
7. The composition of personal data processed by JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST in relation to Users includes data specified by such Users in any feedback form on the Services, as well as when JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST provides feedback to the User using any contact information provided by such User. The list of personal data includes (but is not limited to):
  - first name, last name, patronymic,
  - email address,
  - phone number;
  - date of birth;
  - gender;
  - postal address;
  - IP address;
  - Cookies.
8. The processing of personal data is carried out by JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST on a lawful and fair basis, taking into account the following principles:
  - legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data;
  - good faith;
  - compliance of the purposes of processing personal data with the purposes previously defined and declared when collecting personal data;
  - compliance of the volume and nature of the processed personal data, methods of processing personal data with the purposes of processing personal data.
9. The processing of personal data by JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST is carried out for the period necessary to achieve the purposes provided for by this Regulation, unless otherwise established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Processed personal data is subject to destruction or depersonalization upon achieving the purposes of processing or in case of loss of the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
10. JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST has the right to transfer personal data to third parties to fulfill the obligations assigned to it, provided that such third party undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the received data.
11. User's personal data may be transferred upon requests of authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Data during their Processing
1. The processing and ensuring the security of personal data by JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", by-laws, and other mandatory regulatory acts.
2. When processing personal data, JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST ensures the confidentiality and security of personal data, in particular, takes appropriate measures to protect personal data during their processing in information systems in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".
3. JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST, when processing personal data, takes the necessary organizational and technical measures in accordance with Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions.
Users' Rights
1. Users have the right to:
  1. demand clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, illegally obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided by law to protect their rights;
  2. demand a list of their personal data processed by JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST and the source of their receipt;
  3. receive information about the terms of processing of their personal data, including the terms of their storage;
  4. demand notification of all persons who were previously provided with incorrect or incomplete personal data about all exclusions, corrections, or additions made to them;
  5. appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court against unlawful actions or inaction in the processing of their personal data;
  6. protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for losses and/or compensation for moral damage in court;
  7. withdraw personal data by sending a written application to the legal address of JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST, or via email to sales@nfgroup.ae.
2. Users have the right to send their requests to JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST, including requests regarding the use of their personal data, sending a withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, in writing or in the form of an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, to the feedback contacts specified on the Services. The request sent by the User must contain:
  - number of the main identity document of the user or their representative;
  - information about the date of issue of the specified document and the issuing authority;
  - information confirming the fact of processing of the User's personal data by JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST;
  - signature of the User or their representative;
  - email address;
  - contact phone number.
Obligations of JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST
1. JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST blocks personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of application or request by the User or their legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of identification of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
2. Employees of JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST, whose access to personal data processed in the information system is necessary for the performance of their official (labor) duties, are admitted to the relevant personal data on the basis of a list approved by JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST. JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST is obliged to familiarize its employees directly involved in the processing of personal data with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, including the requirements for the protection of personal data, documents defining the policy of JSC NF GROUP MIDDLE EAST regarding the processing of personal data, and local acts on the processing of personal data, as well as to monitor compliance with confidentiality regarding personal data.
Responsibility
1. Persons guilty of violating or improperly fulfilling the requirements of the legislation in the field of personal data protection bear responsibility provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
