Baccarat Residences Tower 2 is the second tower, which is the residential part of the Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai complex in the heart of Downtown Dubai.
It is an ultra-luxurious residential skyscraper with the following configuration: 2 underground levels, a ground floor, two amenity floors, a mezzanine, eight residential floors, another mezzanine, 15 floors of residences and a final mezzanine. The building's architecture, inspired by the 250-year heritage of the House of Baccarat, combines a crystal shape, a glass façade and the play of light. The project was designed by Studio Libeskind and 1508 London. The tower includes 42 residences: 3-4 bedroom apartments and full-floor penthouses with spacious terraces, panoramic windows, bright interiors and crystal details. Residents have access to the infrastructure of both buildings: two lobbies, a lounge, an infinity pool, a yoga and fitness studio, a spa area, a children's playroom, a restaurant, a patisserie, meeting rooms, a prayer area and a salon with private rooms.
Within a 20-minute walk are the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain and Dubai Opera. The journey to Business Bay, DIFC and DXB Airport takes no more than 25 minutes, and to Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Al Maktoum International Airport — about 35 minutes.
