Residential complex Fay Valley
Fay Valley is the second phase of the innovative Fay Hills project by the developer Taraf in the Masdar City area. The complex consists of 2-3 bedrooms and villas with 4-6 bedrooms.
The building exteriors are harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, where canopies of date palms and trees create cool shaded pathways. The architecture is complemented by layered greenery and water features, while all public spaces are finished with high-albedo materials. Inside, the residences feature maximally spacious layouts.
