The architectural concept was designed by the world-renowned firm Herzog & de Meuron and is inspired by the elegance of the French Riviera. Contemporary architecture, sea views and a resort-style atmosphere combine to create a unique waterside lifestyle.
The development comprises 404 residences of various types: one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, bay-front villas, duplexes, upper-floor villas and a penthouse. The interiors feature natural wooden flooring, built-in wardrobes finished in premium wood, and exquisite materials inspired by Mediterranean aesthetics. The kitchens are fitted with built-in appliances from Bosch, Siemens or equivalent brands.
Particular attention has been paid to facilities for leisure, sport and wellness. Residents will have access to four swimming pools, a spa area with a sauna and steam room, spaces for yoga and functional training, a padel court, fitness areas, landscaped gardens and relaxation areas. For families, there will be children’s swimming pools and play areas, as well as facilities for events and leisure. A waterfront promenade with restaurants and retail spaces is also planned within the development.
The location offers easy access to the Reem Mall and The Galleria shopping centres, leading schools and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. According to the presentation, it takes around 10 minutes to reach the Saadiyat cultural district and around 30 minutes to reach Abu Dhabi International Airport.
