We are pleased to present this luxury penthouse at Vela by Omniyat. Work on this luxury development is being carried out in collaboration with designers from Gilles & Boissier and architectural specialists from Foster + Partners. It is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
The 30-storey complex, which features a limited number of 38 furnished residences, is located on the Marasi Bay waterfront in Business Bay and offers apartments and penthouses overlooking Dubai's famous landmarks, the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Canal.
