In 2023, in the Abu Dhabi residential real estate market, the total transaction volume in the off-plan and ready segments increased by 73% over the year and amounted to circa 11 thousand apartments and villas. The rapid washing out of quality supply, especially in the off-plan segment, was compensated by high development activity and the launch of new volumes. The average cost of residential real estate in most popular locations in Abu Dhabi was AED 1.6 million in the apartment segment and AED 4.5 million in the villa segment.
