According to the results of H1 2024, the Dubai residential real estate market maintained a high level of buyer activity in all segments of residential real estate - more than 71 thousand apartments and villas were sold in the off-plan and ready segments (+26% for the year), and in the rental segment – 290 thousand units (+9% for the year). At the same time, there was an active replenishment of supply volume due to the prompt launch of new properties in the off-plan segment and the commissioning of complexes with 100% construction readiness in the ready segment. Moreover, according to the results of June 2024, the budget of finished real estate was almost comparable to the average budget of units in new buildings.
