According to the results of Q1 2024, circa 33 thousand apartments and villas were sold on the Dubai residential real estate market, which is 14% higher than the result of the previous year. In the first three months of 2024, the supply volume was increased by 20 thousand apartments and villas - this is almost comparable to the result of the whole of 2021. A record weighted average price of a villa was also recorded in both segments: in the off-plan segment - AED 1,254 per square foot (+9% for the quarter and +8% for the year), and in the ready segment - AED 1,185 per square foot (+6% for the quarter and +31% for the year).
