In Q3 2023, the Dubai residential real estate market continued to see high activity from buyers in the off-plan segment - circa 16.2 thousand apartments and villas were sold. Demonstrating strong positive dynamics, the weighted average price of apartments reached AED 1,850/sq ft (+2% for the quarter and +5% for the year), villas - AED 1,262/sq ft (+4% for the quarter and +26% for the year). In July-September there was also a high rate of new projects launches, including by foreign developers.
