Radiant Wave is a residential high-rise project on Reem Island, planned as an extension of the same podium kind of residential development. The building is erected on a 42-story foundation that is built on a two-basement, groin sobha hund-level, and podium parking base. It brings in a broad residential mix that comprises studios, junior one-bedroom, standard one to three bedrooms, and a few penthouses. Chosen three-bedroom homes will have their own pools, something that is not an in-built aspect of vertical residential high-rises in Reem Island.
